The Civil Protection Administration of the Republic of Srpska, Spasovdanska 3, 71123 East Sarajevo, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, announces an international open tender procedure for “Procurement of Specialised Equipment for Fire and Rescue Units in the Republic of Srpska”. The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of specialised fire and rescue equipment divided into three lots: 8 fire pick-up vehicles with 4×4 drive and accompanying equipment, 1 rescue boat with outboard motor and trailer, and 66 sets of personal protective fire-fighting equipment. The contract aims to strengthen operational preparedness, response capacities and safety of fire and rescue services in emergency situations, including fires, floods, rescue operations and other civil protection activities. The procurement is being conducted within the project “Interborder Emergency Response Enhancement Project” – INEREP, Subsidy Contract no. HR-BA-ME00474, with financial assistance from the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro, co-financed by European Union.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 25th September 2026 by 12:00 PM Central European Time.
